Skill 23: Search the Web

The skill Search the Web is defined as using the Internet to obtain relevant information quickly and efficiently.

Game Changers:

  • Google a friend’s name and try to find any articles, stories or publications that are actually about that person, not just someone else with their name.
  • Go to Wikipedia and search different topic. Take some time to look at the Wikipedia page and research if all of the facts and statistics are correct.
  • Practice searching different topics in other search engines such as bing.com, yahoo.com, and google.com.
