The skill Stay Well is defined as having the mental alertness and physical energy necessary to complete tasks to the best of one’s ability.

Game Changers:

  • Drink eight glasses of water a day.
  • Attend an exercise class at your local gym.
  • Find a gym buddy who will workout with you at least three times a week.
  • Go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day.
